You Make the Calls. We'll Handle the Bracket.
Whether you're running a 7v7 club tournament, a beach 5v5 weekend, or a casual hat tournament where players sign up solo and get drafted onto teams, The Tourney sets up your pools, seeds your bracket, and keeps every captain and coach looking at the same live schedule. Open, Women's, and Mixed divisions — plus Masters and Grandmaster age tiers if your event runs them — all live on the same platform without a separate tool for each. Collect registration and entry fees online, let games and fields generate automatically across your whole site, and if your event uses Observers, assign them from your roster in a couple of clicks — most divisions won't need to at all. No spreadsheets, no clipboard math between rounds, and no printed bracket taped to a fence post.
Nothing to show yet.
Swiss Rounds Into the Bracket, Done Right
Auto-generate the Swiss pairings round by round, then split the final standings straight into Gold and Silver brackets that update themselves.
Built for How Ultimate Actually Runs
Officials are optional, not mandatory — assign an Observer from your roster only if your division uses one, without ever being routed through a workflow your sport doesn't need.
Open, Women's, Mixed, and Age-Graded Divisions, All in One Event
Masters, Grandmaster, and beyond, without a separate tool for each.
Real Auto-Scheduling, Not Just Conflict-Checking
The scheduler builds the whole slate across every field you're running, venue hours honored, rest time between a team's games enforced.
Registration and Payment, Handled
Full teams or solo hat-tournament sign-ups, register and pay online before a single disc is thrown.
Live Scores and Standings, Sideline-Ready
Captains, coaches, and spectators see the same real-time bracket and schedule you do.
Swiss rounds decide the seeds — then the bracket takes over
Run a large open field as Swiss rounds so every team keeps playing, then split the standings straight into Gold and Silver knockout brackets in one click — nobody's just cut, everyone keeps playing in the bracket that matches how they finished.
